Where is the innovation I mentioned earlier? One of the most innovative things I came up with was customizable links.

You have all seen a link such as the one that follows on a web page or in an Email:

I have found through my own experience, that readable customized links get more than TWICE the clicks on average than unreadable links.

Turn your long ugly links into sales triggers that sell your product!

It is readily apparent to you that this is a link for product information. In the last case above, you also know the name of the product and where the product can be found.

The first parameter (after the ?) is interpreted as the product identifier, and the second parameter is a tracking code. Tracking codes are optional, and can be used as additional information, sub campaign identifiers, or location information. You decide when and how to use them.

Any more than 2 parameters will be ignored, but could be used to add more information such as color. Standard numeric links can also have a tracking code.

Sometimes, more is not always better. Links that are too long, even if they do add additional information, may not get as many clicks!

What your prospects do not know, is the URL of the target website or your affiliate ID. They do not even know you are an affiliate. Since they do not know the URL, they can not strip off your affiliate ID, nor can they substitute another ID for yours.

When you click on one of our links, you are transferred to our redirection site, GoToProduct.info. The parameters are used to retrieve the final destination link information.

Upon retrieval, you are then redirected to the destination site with any affiliate ID for the product information. You are unaware of this temporary detour.
